HOW TO CREATE POSTER/ BANNER USING MICROSOFT EXCEL?


Creating posters for daily tasks is easy with the help of Microsoft Excel. It is a must to "know" of every teacher, especially you. Through knowing this hacks helps you to simplify your life as an educator. It will also help you to create instructional materials.


Here is the step by step procedure in making a poster, banner or even backdrop using Microsoft Excel.

OneBegin by opening your Microsoft Excel on your computer or laptop, any version will do.

Two: Click Insert. 


Three: Click Picture to choose the picture you want to print.

Four: A dialog box will open to let you choose the picture you want to print. If you're finished, click the insert tab.

Five: After you insert a picture, zoom out your screen by using a zoom slider. Each box with broken lines represents 1 sheet of paper. The size of the paper depends on the page size you input. In default, it is 8.5 by 11 or letter size.

Six: Adjust or expand your photo.


Seven: If you're done adjusting, you can print it by pressing CTRL + P. If you want to see what it looks like when printed. Change the setting by clicking:

a. View

b. Page Layout
  Note: You can adjust the picture in this view.
